1/2 cup raw almonds
1 1/4 cup water
In a quart mason jar, place 1/2 cup of almonds at the bottom.
Fill the mason jar with water until it reaches the 1 1/2 cup line.
Soak overnight in mason Jar in the fridge.
In the morning, blend the mixture until completely blended.
Strain through a fine mesh strainer and you have almond creamer!
You can use the almond pulp for a variety of uses. I like to add mine to oatmeal.
